We have some beautiful rooms available for hire which we can configure to suit your event and requirements.
The Hadham suite is able to cater for up to 150 people and boasts its own bar, as well as a dance floor and with brilliant views over the golf course would be an elegant venue for a wedding, birthday party or any other event you have planned.
Our newly refurbished Garden Room is the perfect venue for a more intimate occasion. the contemporary setting and access to the private garden will certainly make for a memorable occasion.
Hadham Suite
The Hadham Suite is our stylish and contemporary function room, able to cater for up to 150 and gives access to an adjoining bar with fantastic views over the East Hertfordshire Countryside.
Complete with dance floor and a light and airy setting, the Hadham Suite is a perfect venue to celebrate a Wedding, Christening or any special event.
Due to it’s size and convenient location close to Bishop’s Stortford and Harlow, Great Hadham is also a great place to host business conferences and other corporate events. We are able to cater for conferences, business and board meetings, or any other needs you may have.
Garden Suite
For more intimate and low-key events, our Garden Room offers privacy for smaller functions whilst still maintaining an excellent level of service.
The Garden Room can cater for up to 50 people for a variety of dining options and along with the private function room, you will also have private access to the adjoining garden.
The Garden Room or Private Wedding Garden is also ideal for intimate Wedding or Civil Partnership Ceremonies for up to 75 guests. Peaceful and beautifully kept the private garden is a fantastic addition for functions in the spring and summer months in particular.
Also perfect for private dining, business meetings or conferences our dedicated team are here to ensure that you are able to get what you need out of our fantastic facilities.
Holding a function in the Garden Room entitles you to full use of our adjoining garden as well.
The Atrium Bar
The Atrium Bar is the main bar for the club house and is open to everyone for refreshments, bar snacks and sandwiches, and available for casual dining from 9am until 4pm daily.
Bright and airy, having been recently refurbished the Atrium Bar is a perfect place to relax after a round of golf.
The bar opens onto The Terrace which gives stunning views over the 9th and 18th holes.
