Having a personal trainer is a great way to reach your fitness and nutritional goals. Working with a qualified trainer will give you the motivational tools you need to succeed, as well as helping you obtain your goals a lot quicker than if you were training on your own.

A trainer will make sure you train in a safe and correct manner as well as learning new skills to help you achieve your dreams.

Once you have booked your session at the gym reception, you will have either half hour or an hour session with your trainer on a one-to-one basis. The trainer will devise a programme to suit your needs and motivate you through out the session to get the most out of your time.

As your sessions with the trainer increase the time to reach your goals will be doing the complete opposite! So get yourself a personal trainer and reach new highs in your life.

As part of a gym membership at Great Hadham you have the opportunity to use one of our personal trainers for specific one to one training sessions.

All of our trainers have different specialities so we are certain you will find someone who suits you.
